“Otter Pond “ is not the real name of this body of water. It’s real name is Branch Pond, which is located in the Green Mountain National Forest of Vermont, very close to where Jon spent his summers as a kid. This has been a favorite spot for Jon and Gail to kayak. Several times they have played tag with a very playful family of otters. To them, it will always be “Otter Pond.”
