Jon spent many of his summers as a kid in Southern Vermont with his aunt and uncle, and he would continue to visit there as an adult. On one of his visits in the winter, he saw this beautiful old New England farm along historic Highway 7 near Wallingford. When painting “Chores Can Wait”, he added the kids sledding as a fond remembrance of his childhood. This place is now a welcoming B&B.
