                At the Jon Crane Gallery & Custom Framing, we are committed to the legacy and care of your art. Each piece of art is as unique as your home and your story; we would love to preserve your collection with the care and time it deserves. For over 35 years, Lori Nonnast (Owner / Lead Designer) has helped collectors, artists and individuals care for their art.

How much does it cost?                                                

Framing has many contributing factors and variables that can affect the final cost. Because all frame shops acquire materials from the same vendors we all have the ability to stay within certain price ranges that work for your budget.

Mats

Not every project needs a mat while others will look perfect with multiple layers depending on the piece, the style is up to you!

Molding

The frame is one of the biggest impacts of the project that will complement your unique piece perfectly. We stock a wide range of options so that we can find the perfect match that can fit your budget.

Glass or Coating

There is three different types of UV glass that we carry that protect your art regardless of which one you choose. We carry Conservation Clear, Conservation Reflection Control, and Museum Glass. Another option that we provide is Timeless Protection Coating which can be applied to most Jon Crane prints and allows you to skip the glass all while staying in budget and still have archival level protection.

Customization

Every framing job is as unique as the person who brings it in. We have many different factors we can apply such as fillets, specialty cuts and more.

FAQ’s

·         Do I need an appointment?

o   Please contact us ahead of time so that our designer is prepared to help you, it is best to call ahead.

·         How long does it take?

o   Custom framing can take from 2 ½ - 3 weeks depending on supply of materials.

·         How do I know when my framing job is ready?

o   When your order is ready, we will call you to confirm it is ready for pick up.

·         How do I prepare for my appointment?

o   First, make sure to bring your piece with you to your appointment, as it is impossible to design without it. We encourage you to bring photo references of the space you have in mind. If you have a color pallet or aesthetic you are trying to stick to our lead designer will be able to produce the best color pallet available.

·         What can I get framed?

o   Paper prints, canvas, family heirlooms, cross stitch, memorabilia, and more!
